One of my favourite “sky scape” paintings. Tumblin Island is part of the LaHave Islands group, a place that I love to go kayaking and hiking. It isn’t at all unusual to be surrounded by sunshine while watching foreboding clouds on the horizon; or to be in fog so thick that “you could cut it with a knife” and emerge 5 minutes later into clear skies.
